TEStimonial

"Wendy Keenan treated our son for an injury he sustained while playing soccer. Wendy came to our house and offered an evaluation where she quickly identified the issue and developed a recovery plan for his injury. She also identified how weakness in some muscles led to overcompensation in other muscle groups that further exposed him to more injury. Without a doubt, she knows her stuff! Her follow on visits were all timely and she always came prepared with a development plan and goals for the week. It came to the point where the rest of the family would look forward to her visits!

Above all, what struck my family and I about Wendy is her compassion and care for improving the life of her patients. She not only wanted to see my son improve physically but was interested in him reaching his athletic goals as well. Her level of care and knowledge are beyond comparison. Without a doubt her service is convenient - but her therapy and results are outstanding."

FAQ

For the last 15 years I have treated many individuals with acute and chronic pain, to get them ready for surgery, rehab them after surgery or a traumatic injury, regain their balance, regain their core strength after giving birth, improve their independence, return to work but most importantly to improve their quality of life in some shape or form…and I have loved every single moment.

In those 15 years, the only question that came to my mind with every patient was,

why didn’t I see this patient sooner?

Yes I know, some things are not preventable, but 90% of my patients could have prevented their pain, loss of movement, gait abnormalities, surgeries, deformities, disability etc. You see our body is meant to work in synchrony and when something disrupts this synchrony, something is going to give. For example, your joints will wear out much faster if the muscles in that part of your body are not strong enough to give your body the support it needs or support the activity that you are doing. Not only that, every joint depends on other joints, the knee joint depends on your ankle and hip joints’ stability and strength. On top of that, we need to use both our left side as much as our right, our back muscles as much as our front muscles.

It is all about BALANCE. I have spent the last 15 years teaching patients how to sit, stand, and walk, use their glutes, their core muscles, to get rid of tension headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, pelvic pain, buttock pain, the list goes on...

For this reason, I have decided to change the way traditional physical therapy is done. I want to bring Physical Therapy to YOU. I believe that offering high quality care in the comfort of YOUR home, or any place YOU choose, should not be a luxury but an option for all.

Having outpatient Physical Therapy come to you is not only convenient but it also offers consistent quality patient care and one on one personalized treatment, which means obtaining faster results.

YOU deserve to live a healthy, active pain-free life.
